The government has chosen to limit the handling of the case in terms of budgetary savings, overshadowing its scientific dimension and visibility. DISSOLUTION OF JOINT DECLARATION NPRI
of FSU federations, NMS-CFDT, UNSA EDUCATION
the Board of Education
and the National Council of Higher Education and Research
Minister of National Education and of Higher Education and Research, rejecting proposals for staff changes National Institute of Pedagogical Research (INRP), precipitated the breakup of the NPRI, including property and personnel at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, with the exception of the Museum of History Education. A decree to that effect is submitted to the NPRI CTP, ENS Lyon, in the SSC as the CNES. Workforce NPRI oppose this loss and express strong concern about their future.
The project includes removing sections of the Education Code that refer to the NPRI.
Article D.314-25 specifies the missions of the national NPRI. Include:
"The National Institute for Educational Research is a mission of education research on all levels of school and higher education in initial and continuing training. It is intended to exercise its activities throughout the national territory. It may be seized by its regulators to any matter relating to the education system and in relation to educational research.
