ENS Lyon and Inter NPRI joint statement on PTC, December 7, 2010
When CTP December 6, 2010 we Personal elected ENS de Lyon,
have unanimously voted against the principle of dissolution of the NPRI in turn

Aware of the plight faced by our colleagues in the NPRI, whose representatives in
CTPC also voted against the project, and without illusions
