whom it may concern.
Following the interview of 25 October 2010 between the Inter NPRI and Olivier Faron, director of ENS-Lyon, we learned that various "assumptions" were once again considered by ENS for the evolution of the National Museum of Education. Thus it is proposed to separate the fairgrounds would be "recovered" in some way by the region, we would consider incorporating the "resource center" at the ENS and conduct recruitment of faculty.
What would there be consistency in separating and Exhibition Centre (which has no collections) Resource Center, both components of the National Museum of Education?
Although not resigned, the staff of the National Museum of Education tire that different assumptions could have serious consequences on their working conditions, are well developed, over a year - translocation museum in Lyon, questioned the role recent exhibition center (see report Moret), assignment of this center in the region, and disposal of museum collections in the CNAM (or another body), integrating the Resource Centre to ENS, etc.. - Assumptions are certainly different, if not totally contradictory, but as with constant never to associate with the analysis carried ...
To date, they deplore:
- the absence of trade with the inspectors missioned by the government to prepare a report on the future of the museum
- excluding the National Museum of Education, and his scientific staff (all categories), the scope of the mission led by Mr. Winkin
- lack of communication from the direction of the NPRI
- when deadlines are approaching (November 15: Submission of inspection report, 1 st January: integration of NPRI in the ENS), they lament, despite the commitments made at CHS Sept. 29, 2010, not to benefit no support mechanism enabling them to take stock of their employment status and their future, as well as what is proposed for their colleagues in Lyon (see note of the Secretary General of the NPRI dated September 24th): "maintaining his current position," "move to new roles," "project external mobility.
They urge to be involved in ongoing discussions, offer to different people to go there to talk to them and ask to have the same rights as other employees of the institute.
In addition, they want to remember / acknowledge the issue related to the downsizing on the site within a year, welcoming the recent willingness to consider this problem.
